Laura Haldane is Co-Founder and VP of Sales and Marketing at SciLeads, a lead generation platform for science that she started in 2016 with two friends from Belfast. Since finding their first 100 customers through LinkedIn, Laura has since grown the company to millions in ARR. Though her efforts, SciLeads has now outgrown start-up status with 85 remote-first employees and thousands of customers worldwide; being named one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Ireland for 3 years running. Remarkably, SciLeads boasts a 50-50 gender split – an exceptional achievement for a tech company. With her experience in sales and building a company both organically and through funding, Laura is in a unique position to share her insight and tips with other women in STEM.
